Is your long distance relationship taking its toll or your sex life? Or maybe you’re just bored at home and your partner’s doing the same? Trying out some phone sex wouldn’t hurt, except maybe when you’re real bad at it. And once upon a time you had to have been at least a little curious at trying it out right? Then here are some quick tips to help you. (If you don’t have a partner there are always free phone sex lines, go ahead and look some up, there’s also a sex chat service too if you don’t feel like speaking)

First of all make sure your timing’s right. Nothing kills the mood quicker than calling at a bad time. And always make sure both of you are alone and that no one else could walk in on your naughty little deed, but if you’re feeling adventurous then to go ahead, if that turns you on more.

So now it’s been established that you’re both alone and in the mood, but don’t start talking dirty just yet, start off with something like “I called because I can’t get you off my mind” or something like that. When you’ve got their attention then start reminding them of sex, then proceed to how you like to get it done, you have to be really creative here, use colorful and detailed descriptions of what you’d like to do and what you would like your partner to do to you, of course you can let the other person do the talking if you’re more comfortable with that, but at least participate, and also avoid using proper or medical terms, the point here is to talk dirty, unless maybe you’re a doctor.

Pleasuring yourself may not be necessary but it’ll definitely add to the excitement, it’ll be even better if you have a speakerphone or a hands free headset (a webcam would be nice too) and don’t forget to make those oh so sexy sounds.

I hope this helps those long distance lovers out there, because it really does suck being apart from your love. Enjoy!

Everyone’s been so busy lately that the house is always a complete mess, only the dishes are getting cleaned somewhat regularly. I read somewhere that in a house, when there is a flat surface, someone will put something on it, that’s why everything looks cluttered. We just got settled in our new room and all the big things like the bed and closet are arranged properly, but the smaller things are all scattered around, waiting to be put in their place, wherever it might be. I guess we’ll clean up if we find the time for it. We tidy up but before we know it, things will look like we never did anything at all.

When we do finally get settled in, maybe we can buy some rugs for the downstairs area, I guess I’ll call it our living room; it’s actually just a small space where we put the TV and some shelves, so I guess some area rugs would do. I looked at a few of them online and saw some oriental rugs I like; they’d really go with that room. I don’t know what it is about them, maybe because I grew up in a house with a lot of rugs, and I really hate it when people don’t know the difference between the doormat and the rug, because they always wipe their feet in it, shoes included. The bastards don’t know I actually lie down on it, and I can recall falling asleep on the rug quite a lot, it’s dirty but I don’t care, must be the smell or something. Other people like to do something else on a rug *wink*, I just hope they don’t get rug burn.

Anyway I still have to go look for a place where I can get some cheap rugs, I’m not in a rush buy them, just for future reference; we still have a whole lot of cleaning to do and if anyone so much as gets dirt on our new rug, I’m going to kill them, okay maybe not kill, just maim.

I just realized I haven’t written anything in a while, aside from earlier stuff I’ve posted. I guess I just miss writing by hand, most of what I’ve been doing is typing. I always had with me a little notebook which I scribble on anytime I felt like it. I can’t even remember the last time I wrote something longer than a paragraph by hand, usually painful but somehow more fulfilling. Most of my little notebooks got lost from all the moving I’ve done. Nowadays I only write using the computer, and I usually have to do something else on it so I usually rush what I post. Come to think of it I sort of miss doing schoolwork, like say, an essay, I used to love doing those, even someone else’s, but times sure have changed, because now you can actually buy essays online, for a certain fee of course. So if you’re still thinking on what to put in your GCSE Business Coursework (I’ve  never made anything remotely close to that, it just sounds really really hard) just go online and have it custom made for you. I’ve never even thought of asking someone else to write for me, but maybe if you’re feeling a bit under pressure and have cash to spare then why not, right? I don’t actually remember what kind of things I’ve written in those notebooks, probably not far from what I’ve written in here, I don’t even care if anyone sees it and besides, I’m the only one who can understand my handwriting. But all the same I miss the feeling of just scribbling away. Maybe I’ll get to it someday.

While we’re on the subject, I guess it’s always necessary to find a good place to go for someone who is suffering from substance abuse. Choosing the right drug treatment center is the first step in their recovery. There are many things to consider when choosing a drug rehab center, but I guess its ok just as long as it doesn’t feel like prison right? Also a factor is if they have the right program for your addiction, like say, if you suffering from alcoholism then you’re going to need a good alcohol rehab program and probably an alcohol rehab center. I found a good place for doing some drug rehabilitation, which also has alcohol rehab by the way. It’s a residential type so you’ll have some sense of comfort in your spiritual recovery, but of course you can’t spend all your time alone, you’ll still need to get with the program. Aside from your own unit with beautiful and inspiring views, you’ll also have access to various facilities, one of which is meditation garden for your spiritual fitness and also a gym, so you’ll also be fit physically as well. There are numerous activities to support the recovery, like yoga and outdoor recreational activities. Addiction treatment starts by undergoing drug detox (if necessary), and then being assigned a primary therapist, which in turn leads to your individualized clinical program which ranges from individual therapy to a cognitive-behavioral groups. You can even have therapy with your family if you’re comfortable with it. From there it’s really up to you, the comfort being offered is as close to home as you can get but the real treatment depends on your willingness to recover. In the end it all matters on just saying no to drugs, but if it comes to this then it really is the best place for drug treatment.

Let’s get serious for a bit shall we? I just want to talk about something that happens in whatever part or the world you are: substance abuse. I’m mainly talking about drugs and cigarettes, having gone that road before. But don’t get me wrong people, I didn’t indulge in it, I just observed and have since moved on to greener pastures (no pun intended). Anyway, I came across some information about the most addictive drugs and have clarified the myths and rumors surrounding these substances, but the only thing that matters is that they’re dangerous. The said substances are related to the top killers of our time, heart, kidney and circulatory diseases (including strokes) and of course, cancer.

First on the list is heroin, I’ve never actually seen or even encountered this, only in books, TV and movies. But from what I’ve seen it’s the worst of them all. So if you know someone showing heroin symptoms then you better make them get some help about it, heroin withdrawal is probably the worst. Among the numerous side effects of heroin, chronic constipation should be the least of your worries; the most severe would be dying of an overdose. So don’t even think about it.

Next up would be cocaine, again something I haven’t really encountered. But it’s deadly as well. To actually have cocaine addiction means you’re probably very rich because from what I gathered it doesn’t come cheap. Some cocaine withdrawal symptoms include irritability, depression and agitation. Not so bad you say? There are still long term effects and overdose as well, and its not likely you’re going to need the lessened attention span. So it’s a no-no (like any of them are not).

Another one is methamphetamines, now this I’ve seen a lot of. I happen to know a lot who suffer from methamphetamine drug addiction, relatives included. Some have kicked the habit but some are still using. Dubbed as the “poor man’s cocaine” because of its similarities to the effects of cocaine, but the manufacturing and selling price is relatively lower, which also makes it highly available in the streets. Those are most of the reasons why it’s so easy to get addicted to. Some meth warning signs include increased respiration and/or body temperature, inability to sleep and loss of appetite. It’s probably common but maybe it’s time to have a talk with someone you know with these symptoms.

Now the only thing that’s actually legal here are cigarettes, assuming you meet the age requirements wherever you are. I used to smoke a lot before but I haven’t smoked a cigarette for the past three years (alright!) and I’m not planning on smoking one anytime soon. Quitting isn’t easy but hey, I did it, so can you.

The rest of them are prescription drugs, painkillers, and stress and anxiety medication. And I guess it’s only available to those who need it (and those who pretend to) and if abused, they’re as bad as the illegal ones.

So, I hope you gained a bit of insight on this subject. Because you can really save a life by helping someone who’s addicted any of those substances and if you are the one who’s addicted then maybe it’s time to get some help, for yours and everyone else’s sake. If you’re actually reading this then it’s a start, from here you can go on to searching the internet for information on your addiction and the possible treatments. All I can say now is good luck.

Think fruits are only for eating? Well you probably don’t eat them anyway but here’s a little something for those who want a little extra oomph in the sack, or if you’re just too lazy to do a little seducing, maybe you can feed her some of these and hope that you’ll get lucky tonight. Most of these fruits are available at your local grocery, but you’re going to have to look a little bit harder for some of them depending on where you live. You can eat it as it is or if you’re the romantic type that has some decent cooking skills you might want to try some of these recipes.

Apple. Ah, the apple, the temptation of Eve - the downfall in the Garden of Eden. But then, what pretty girl could ever pass up a shiny, lipstick red, orchard-fresh fruit of the gods? The ancient Greeks also loved the apple. Instead of slipping a ring onto a fair maiden’s finger, a Greek warrior was supposed to toss an apple to the - ah - apple of his eye. If she caught the fruit, the act was as good as an engagement.

Apricot. This fuzzy fruit can make you feel fuzzy all over because it can have a calming effect on the body. It is used frequently as a base in essential oils. Even William Shakespeare mentions the apricot in A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Long ago, the fruit was used to symbolize female genitalia because of its shape.

Avocado. The Aztecs called the avocado tree “Ahuacuatl” which when translated means “testicle tree”. The ancients thought the fruit hanging in pairs on the tree resembled the male’s testicles. This is a delicious fruit with a sensuous texture.

Bananas. The banana flower has a marvelous phallic shape and is partially responsible for popularity of the banana as an aphrodisiac food. An Islamic myth tells the tale that after Adam and Eve succumbed to the “Apple” they started covering their “nudity” with banana leaves rather than fig. From a more practical standpoint bananas are rich in potassium and B vitamins, necessities for sex hormone production.

Durian. Durian, a nutritious fruit native to Southeast Asia, is packed with proteins, minerals, antioxidants and other phytonutrients. For those who can get past its unpleasant aroma, Durian flesh is rich, juicy, and custard-like, and may be spooned out and eaten as is or used in beverages, ice cream, or custards. The flesh is believed to help destroy and expel intestinal parasites.

Figs. An open fig is thought to emulate the female sex organs and traditionally thought of as sexual stimulant. A man breaking open a fig and eating it in front of his lover is a powerful erotic act. Serve fresh Black Mission figs in a cool bowl of water as it is done in Italy and be sure to eat with your fingers!

Peach. The peach is a seductive fruit by virtue of its shape and other characteristics. It has been attributed with seductive qualities but scientifically, it may be due to the vitamins and minerals present in the fruit which contributes to the body’s well-being.

Pomegranate. The pomegranate is a symbol of fertility with its abundant seeds. For the Chinese, the pomegranate symbolizes prosperity in an abundant household.

Pineapple. Rich in vitamin C and is used in the homeopathic treatment for impotence. Add a spear to a sweet Rum drink for a tasty prelude to an evening of passion.

Raspberries and Strawberries. Perfect foods for hand feeding your lover. Both invite love and are described in erotic literature as fruit nipples. Both are high in vitamin C and make a sweet light dessert.

Now I won’t be responsible if you give it to someone else other than your girl (you probably won’t get some anyway, cheating bastard). Also, keep in mind that it doesn’t work for everyone, but it wouldn’t hurt to try right? It’s a healthy snack anyway. With that said, happy eating, and then some.

It’s not really that hard. Of course, it takes a real man to do so. I mean, there is the technical way. But before anything you should be able to put her in the mood:

Never Ask. I don’t know but some guys just ask. It’s really a turn off. MFcking turn off! It cuts of that moment from even happening. If you know how to touch, there you go. But hey, don’t touch her there directly. Start from the top and work your way down. Geezh like every guy should know the importance of stimulation.

Hold Back A Little. Just because you’re so horny you’re just going for the goal. No! Have a little reservation. Ease up man! Gently and slowly, that’s the way if you want to see that look in her face. Oh yeah! That look, yeah?

Be Clean. Hygiene is necessary. If you have plans, then wash your hands. Trim those fingernails. You don’t want her to have some kind of disease, right? After all she is your girlfriend. Eventually, you are going to do here now and then. Don’t give me that condom excuse. Be responsible for her and the both of you.

Poker is a man’s game. No doubt about it. It’s hard to play with the guys, I may say. I’m just thankful that technology have come up with online poker. The advantage is that I don’t have to keep up with the guys in some poker room. It saves me from being embarrassed with my poker face. I have really been practicing that kind of emotionless facial action, but I just can’t do it sometimes. I’m always carried away with the excitement, and most of the time, I find other players so funny with their faces all tighten up. Anyway, playing poker on the Internet also gives me the liberty to google poker tips while I’m on with the game. How cool is that? But still, I’m hoping that I can play with my guy friends. I’m just kind of practicing online.

The funny thing about me and poker, I always seem to forget the principle of the game. However, now that I have discovered online poker, I guess it would not be a problem anymore. Oh yeah I cannot wait to beat the guys at their own game.

Seriously, nobody’s perfect. We only know how to think more than other creatures. Our complicated brains tell every other living things that we are superior. Think again because we are not really that much. We just have that kluge or that rush and unthinkable solution that makes things work out, not really for the best though. That is why when there is someone who could make something more than the mediocre solution, we call them genuis. But for the rest of us, we just have that kluge thing going on.

What makes that kluge in the mind?

  • Evolution. Throughout time there is only the tinkering and fixing of what’s already there. So, inventions are just results of human clumsiness.
  • Memory. When we remember, we only take note of the hints and not really all the details.

The only good news about kluge is it brings out the creativity out of everybody. However, it still doesn’t make us the rational beings like we are separated from the rest in the living world.

Read the entire explanation HERE.
